Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your recent purchase. At Atlas Rituals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please review the following policy before requesting a return or a refund.
RETURNS
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To start the process, email us at info@atlasritual.com as soon as possible with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond with a unique support ticket number and a return shipping address.
Please note the following:
All returns must be requested by email before shipping anything back to us. We cannot process returns that have not been pre-approved through our support team.
Do not send returns to our office mailing address at 202 N Cedar Ave STE #1, Owatonna, MN 55060. This address is for general business correspondence only. Packages mailed to this address without prior authorization will not be accepted and cannot be refunded. The correct return address will be provided to you once your return request has been approved.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been approved and you have shipped the item back, email us at info@atlasritual.com with your support ticket number and proof of return postage (tracking number or receipt from the carrier). Once we confirm receipt, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. All return instructions will be sent via email.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives with a manufacturer defect or was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at info@atlasritual.com with the following:

A clear photo or photos showing the damage or defect

A brief description of the issue
We take quality seriously and will review your claim promptly. If approved, a full refund will be issued within 15 calendar days of the delivery date to the original payment method on file. You will not be required to return damaged or defective items unless specifically requested by our support team.
